SCHEDULE

Our classes are designed to keep things balanced, effective, and fun all week long. We offer 45-minute classes on weekdays and 60-minute classes on weekends, giving you the perfect mix of intensity and flexibility.

 

Each day has a purpose!
Strength days (Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday) focus on building muscle, improving form, and getting stronger with structured resistance work.
Cardio/Hybrid days (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday) are all about conditioning—combining cardio, functional movements, and high-energy intervals to keep your heart rate up and calories burning.

No matter the day, every workout is coach-led, scalable, and designed to push you while keeping you moving with purpose.
